Fees & Coverage
Therapy sessions are structured around flexibility, depth, and client choice. The standard fee is $190 per therapy hour, with options for 60-minute or 90-minute sessions, depending on your needs, pace, and therapeutic goals.
Sessions are fully engaged and relationally focused for the entire time reserved. Longer sessions can be especially helpful for deeper processing, EMDR, complex pattern exploration, or clients who benefit from additional space to settle into the work.
Optional written psychoeducation, reflection notes, or integrative follow-up materials are available for clients who would benefit from additional structure and post-session processing support. Additional fees apply for this service.
For most clients, sessions every other week are recommended. This rhythm often allows enough space for reflection, nervous system integration, and meaningful application between appointments while still maintaining therapeutic continuity.
A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments. Prepayment is not required. Cards are processed at the end of the session.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Many extended health benefit plans will reimburse psychotherapy services. Coverage varies depending on your provider and plan structure.
Before booking, it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility for coverage and reimbursement requirements. Benefit providers may request professional licensing and credentialing information, which is available upon request.
Direct billing is available in select situations. Because each insurance provider has different authorization procedures, administrative requirements, and invoice structures, additional coordination fees may apply for direct billing services.
A valid credit card is required to cover any balance, deductible, coordination costs, or unreimbursed amounts associated with direct billing arrangements.
